5 tips for more inner peace in your life

Nowadays, we are all filled with different passive feelings: wrath, anger, bitterness, hatred and resentment. Those negative feelings could the result of different things; experiencing failure, suffering from low self-esteem or inferiority complexes will definitely make you feel bitter. Being an extremely competitive person who wants his/ her expectations always fulfilled, will make you feel frustrated.

There is no single cause to those feelings. They could be the result of anxiety, or depression. Maybe you are always blamed by others; maybe you have sense of guilt.

Well, you must fight those feelings; otherwise, you will eventually lose your inner peace along with your beloved ones. Well, no one likes to be around one who is constantly irritated, anxious or bitter.

Control your feelings

Trying to control those negative feelings, you might feel imprisoned  – maybe you succeed in hiding them; still they are conquering you; the point is: you are trying to control them alone! Without any help!

Why, during your quest searching for inner peace, don’t you ask God for help?

This is not at all impossible. Inner peace is a divine gift.

Try asking God – the Prince of Peace – for help and support. Come closer to Him. Plead for His help. He will never let you down.

3 – You must stop blaming yourself for everything; you must stop the negative thoughts from controlling your mind. Instead, fill your mind and heart with positive thoughts; try always to remember that God loves you; that people love you; that sooner or later everything will turn always for the best. 

 

4 – Serve and help others; get busy doing good deeds; spend time sitting in nature meditating – these things will help you get over those negative feelings.

5- Serving; meditating; reading and reciting God’s promises and vows; spending time with people; praying to be granted peace will definitely help you feel better. It is really essential to try to get away from things that might irritate..

God promised to give you peace; believe in Him; keep asking constantly for this gift.

Keep trying. Get over things that might weaken you, things that might hinder your inner peace: it could be the love of money, or a feeling of bitterness and hatred to someone.

Loving God, people, and yourself; enjoying nature will help you acquire this gift and only then you will enjoy inner peace.
