The prodigal son left his Father’s house
An important and warm message from the church to its children is to repent and return to your father’s home. The prodigal son went astray, but when he returned, he enjoyed everything. He enjoyed forgiveness, acceptance, and the embrace of his father. He liked the loving home of his father.
And He enjoyed being served by the servants in the house of his father. But, He gained everything back just because of his repentance. So, the third week of Lent is about pushing everyone to repent and return to the house of the Lord.
What are you waiting for?
Do not wait and make a decision today. Let go of any bad thing influencing you. Focus on your way and put your hopes up. Because Your father is waiting for you. And you will enjoy His love much more than you have experienced before.
This week, the church tells us to be aware and not be like the older brother. Do not be a judgemental person. Do not hate your brother. Briefly, Do not see yourself as superior or better than anyone. Everyone needs repentance. And that’s the call of the third week of Lent, the “prodigal son” week.
